The owner of two-year-old Frame Moxie was eager to turn the corner on brand elevation, brand visibility, and driving new customers to the eclectic, yet elegant, boutique and gallery setting.

Our Solution

Following a few discovery meetings, our initial approach with Frame Moxie was to concentrate on enhancing the shop’s overall brand and visibility by kicking it up a notch with the development of a new prestige marketing piece that could be mailed, handed out, or placed in strategic locations like fabric stores and interior design shops.

Our goal was to help Moxie’s owner, Kay Freeman, promote a new niche technique she’d been working on in hopes of expanding her loyal client base. While Kay set out to frame with fabrics, we set out to develop an invitation to a new kick-off event, along with a collection of high-end stickers she could use on her packaging.

To further infuse the brand with fresh energy, we developed a modern tagline: “Be Bold. Be Spirited. Be Original.” We also customized a new social media formula, complete with a pattern calendar and variety of colorful templates.

Kay’s got a knack for helping customers embrace art and framing in new and different ways. We love how committed she is to the ongoing evolution of Frame Moxie and can’t wait to see her niche fabric technique showcased in a big-name publication one day.
