Together, Florence 1 Schools and The School Foundation were seeking a fresh and exciting way to promote their 2018 Early Childhood Champions Summit featuring international author and expert Helle Heckmann.
In addition to the one-day event, the duo wanted to start a larger conversation in the Florence community and raise awareness about the 2,000 critical days between the time a child is born and the time he or she starts kindergarten.
Known globally for her Five Golden Keys philosophy, Helle Heckmann was not only the Summit’s keynote speaker, she was the inspiration behind the development of a new early childhood awareness campaign for the Florence community.
We turned Heckmann’s Five Golden Keys into a Count 5! Public Awareness Campaign directed at parents and caregivers reminding them of the importance of sleep, nutrition, movement, routine, and love.
The full campaign included a launch event invitation, poster series, informative fliers, stickers, billboards, table tents, social media templates and a monthly social media calendar with content. We helped set into motion this six-month campaign that creatively reinforces the tenets of the Five Golden Keys.
Additionally, we wrote and illustrated a children’s book “Hello, Big World” for families with children ages 0 to 5.
The Count 5! campaign culminates with a public art project and community celebration.
