Started by two female visionaries with a deep understanding of operations management and the value of outsourcing jobs, roles, and functions, Allora Solutions Group wanted to bring clarity to its mission and create a brand identity system that was both comprehensive and compelling.

We started with our discovery process, peeling back the layers on Allora’s existing brand to gain a better understanding of the company’s goals, aspirations, service offerings, target markets and communication style. We used this information to develop a brand identity that more appropriately captured the true essence of the growing outsourcing solutions company.

Our deep dive into the personalities and skillsets of the co-founders allowed us to establish a framework for the brand’s spirited DNA and a color palette indicative of their friendly and collaborative nature. By using the nautilus shell as a representation of the Golden Ratio, we were able to design an icon with harmonious proportions symbolizing the harmony and resiliency Allora brings to its clients through the development and execution of modern business solutions.

With a formal identity system in place, we were able to create marketing collateral that encompassed everything from letterhead and a new website to social media tiles and an e-news template. We added layers of interest with promotional items, such as notepads, T-shirts and gift bags.

We wrapped up our 14-week project by providing Allora a collection of tips and recommendations for ongoing brand enhancement and by hosting an interactive discussion on future communication and engagement strategies.

Allora’s founders coined the phrase “Outsourcing Solutionaries” and we couldn’t have said it better ourselves.

Working with Kim and Nick was a seamless, inspirational and strategic experience.
